Motorcycle Driving Course A1
The course is designed to prepare you for the Module One and Module two tests. The training includes a variety of angles starting from parked vehicles and hill starts as along with basic road riding skills like controlled stops and emergency responses.
The IME course will teach you the basics of riding a motorcycle, and develop mental strategies that are focused on safety. You can also avail a discount on insurance premiums.
Theory
The course provides the theoretical preparation for the test. You can learn on your own with online classes as well as the theory materials. You will be given instructions on how you can participate in these classes (remotely in the virtual classroom in Finnish) after you have enrolled in our student system and you can select the most convenient schedule from the available sessions.
In this section your instructor will help you understand the basics of motorcycling. You will learn about the rules of the road and safety tips, as well as some of the more complicated aspects of the vehicle. In addition to the mandatory knowledge for all licence categories you will also become familiarised with the special requirements for your particular category.
The eas theory course included in the course package will prepare you for your motorcycle driving license theoretical test. This is an essential component of your education, and will allow you to pass the test. The test for theory is a written exam with 40 questions and 2 clips on the perception of hazards. You must complete at least 28 of the 40 questions correctly to pass the test.
The eas test should be taken one month before you reach the age requirement for the licence category you are preparing for. The test must be administered by a DVSA-approved tester. If you fail your test on the first attempt, you will need to wait a minimum of 2 weeks before you can take the test again.
If you have not passed your theory test prior to the date you start your eas practical training, we will ask you to pay any balance on your monetary course that is unpaid in order to prevent losing another student's reservation in this course. If you do not pass the test on the date stated in your schedule of training, we cannot book your resit and you will have to pay for the resit costs at the time of making the booking.

In addition to the theoretical course, motorcycle driving courses comprise a number of practical classes. These are the most important parts of your learning experience and can be spread out over several days or even longer, based on your needs. You will need your own motorcycle to complete this course. It is essential to pick a motorcycle that is easy for you to control, not too fast or heavy. A good place to begin is with a 50cc moped or scooter.
Once you've completed your theory training, it's now time for the test in practice. It's divided into two sections: Module 1 and Module 2. The first part, Module 1, is an hour-long road ride and the second is a 10-minute independent riding section. Both parts are required in order to get your license.

The motorbike driving certification is only valid for two years. If you fail the test within that time then you'll need to go through the theory course again.
If you want to upgrade to a different category of vehicle you'll need to complete Module 5. This is the progression portion of the course, which allows you to change your license without needing to go through the entire IBT program again. This course must be completed on the motorcycle you plan to use and approved by your instructor.
You'll need to have a motorbike that is road legal (taxed and insured, and with a valid MoT for more than three years old) with full-sized L-plates on the front and rear, and equipped with mirrors. You'll also need to ensure that the vehicle is suitable for your test, and has a helmet and attire that is suitable for the weather.
Assessment
You must have completed the Initial Basic Training (IBT) before you can begin training for your A1 motorcycle license. It is an eight-hour course that teaches the skills needed for safe riding. It is part of the RSA's Graduated Driver Licensing Scheme and assists in improving road safety. After you've completed IBT, your instructor will give you feedback and a recommendation on whether you're ready for the next step of your training or not.
After you have completed the IBT test your instructor will prepare you for the A1 practical exam. The test consists of two modules, and you must pass both in order to get your licence. Module 1 includes off-road maneuvers such as controlled stops, a slalom and around cones. Module 2 is on-road and involves following a road with different traffic conditions.
The Module 1 test lasts 20 minutes and focuses on your ability to do off-road manoeuvres, such as slow-speed rides and the figure of eight. You'll be asked to make a U turn and an emergency stop.
If you pass the module 1 and 2 tests, you will be capable of riding a motorcycle that has up to 35 kW of power. This is the first step to having a full A-license. it will allow you to ride either manually or automatically operated scooters or motorbikes.
Your A1 license is valid for only for a period of two years. After that, you'll have to upgrade to the A2 licence which will allow you more freedom on roads.
A1 courses include both theory and practical classes. The amount of instruction in the hands depends on how much experience you have already gained on a bike and the number of classes will vary from school to school. Make sure you sign up for the A1 course as soon as you can to ensure that you book both your practical and theoretical tests simultaneously. You'll also require the necessary equipment, like gloves and a helmet. If you don't have all the necessary equipment certain driving schools provide a loaner service.
Licensing
The Compulsory Base Training (CBT) is the initial step in getting a motorcycle license. After passing the CBT test, you can legally use a motorcycle with a maximum power of 35 kW. It can range from a moped up to a small motor scooter.
CBT combines theory and practical training. It teaches you to understand and follow the rules and regulations you must obey when you are on the road. The course lasts for 12 hours and is broken down into three parts of four hours each. egzamin praktyczny motocykl must be completed before you can pass the driving test to obtain your category A1 driving licence. You must be 18 years of age to take this course.
You must attain a minimum score of 25 points to pass the theory test. You must complete the test with a correct answer to all ten questions to pass the exam, and there are no retakes. The test lasts about 45 minutes, and can be taken at an TUV or Dekra office of your choice.
The practical course is 12 hours, and is divided into three sections of 4 hours each. You must be at least 18 years old to pass the practical course and be able to operate an automobile of any size which ranges from a 50cc moped up to a motorcycle with an engine power of up to 35 kW. You must also demonstrate your ability to control and manage the vehicle in different situations, such as overtaking and turning left or right and changing lanes.
After you've completed your theory and practice lessons, you will be able to take the driving test to get your category A1 license. The test consists of a series of riding maneuvers on a motorbike that are provided by the instructor. You will also need to demonstrate your ability to manage the motorcycle under various circumstances and under all weather conditions.
To pass the test you must have completed at least five hours of instruction on Federal or Country roads and four additional hours in the daytime or dawn. You must also complete the prescribed number of special rides. The instructor will inform you when you are ready for the test and provide tips on how to pass it.
